How do I navigate through the store?

We know that parents of young kids can get distracted or called away from the computer a lot, so we designed out site with that in mind. Each of our items features detailed pictures and descriptions so you can get a clear idea of which ones you like best. You can use the links at the top of every page to find the item you want.

If you lose your place, or if your child rolls a sippy cup across your keyboard, pushing every button as it goes, the links in the upper bar will help you retrace your steps. Do you send printed catalogues?

We love catalogues too, but the fact of the matter is that our inventory is changing so rapidly, and our items are sometimes “one of a kind,” so it wouldn’t be in our customers’ best interest to sell our items this way. You can always find a totally up-to-date selection of our items for sale at our website.

What if I find catalog or website errors?

We do our best to make sure that the photos, descriptive copy, and prices are correct, but sometimes, despite our best efforts, we make mistakes. In the event that does happen, we reserve the right to charge the correct price, ship the correct item, or correct the mistake. We will immediately notify you if any such correction is necessary.

What are my payment options?

Teepee Joy accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit card payments. Or if you’d prefer, we are also happy to accept payment via PayPal, cashiers checks and money orders. All orders paid by check or money order will be processed and shipped once payment has been received via the mail.

Is there a Teepee Joy discount policy?

You bet! We periodically send out discount coupons or special offers to those who have signed up for our mailing list (hint, hint!) We also offer free shipping on orders within the United States. That is an ongoing promotion – no coupon needed!

Do you ship internationally?

At this point we only ship to destinations inside the U.S.

Are online transactions secure?

Teepee Joy takes customer security very seriously. Any information entered on our website will be protected by secure socket layer (SSL) certification. We also use ultra-strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your information once it is in our records.

What is Teepee Joy's product availability?

We use UPS ground to ship all orders. Orders will be processed, shipped and delivered (depending on your location) within:

  • Pre-Designed: 2-7 business days.
  • Pre-Designed with an embroidered pillow: 5-10 business days.
  • Design Your Own: 7-14 business days.
Will I receive an email confirmation of my order and tracking information?

Yes! We send out an email notification immediately after you place your order. Once your product ships, we will email you again to let you know it’s on the way. If you have created an account with us, you will be able to track the progress of your order.

Does Teepee Joy do gift wrapping? What about gift messages?

We’ll be happy to add a gift message. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a gift wrapping service.

Does Teepee Joy have a minimum order policy?

Nope. We do not have a minimum order policy.

Does Teepee Joy offer wholesale pricing?

We are a small, family run business, so we are unable to accommodate wholesale orders, or offer wholesale pricing at this time.

What are Teepee Joy's shipping methods and Fees?

We are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders, regardless of the overall cost! We use UPS to ship all orders.

How long does it take to receive products?

We use UPS ground to ship all orders. Orders will be processed, shipped and delivered (depending on your location) within:

Do you accept rush orders?

Our tepees are big! When you account for the large size and heavy weight of our typical shipment, rush shipping can become very expensive. For this reason, we don’t offer it as a choice on our site, because it would be too costly for many customers.

What if my package has been damaged during shipment?

We do our very best to make sure that your items are treated with TLC and are carefully shipped. We recommend that you check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. If you find any tears or breaks in the box, please note this on the delivery receipt as “Damaged Package” before signing.

Please let us know if items have been damaged. We will make sure all damaged items are replaced in an expedient manner.

What's your guarantee?

As parents ourselves, we know how important it is to see, feel, and live with an item before deciding whether or not it works for you.

With that in mind, our return policy states that you may return undamaged merchandise for any reason, within 30 days of shipment. Returns are free and easy! Please email us at support@teepeejoy.com or call us at (888) 681-9681 to request a return label and instructions.

What type of damage will prevent me from making a return?

We know that kids play hard, so we are defining damaged merchandise as the following:

  • Ripped, torn or cut fabric.
  • Fabric that has been stained with permanent substances such as markers or non water-based paints or bleach.
  • Fabric that has been stained from non-permanent substances such as crayons, washable markers, food, etc. Some of these contain dyes which may damage the fabric surface, even though they are supposedly washable.
  • Materials that have not been cared for according to the instructions on the care tag.
  • Materials that have been stained by bodily fluids.
How do I change or cancel my order?

Can the teepee be machine washed?

Our teepee can be machine washed on a cold setting, using mild detergent.

Can the teepee be machine dry?

Air-drying is the only safe way.

Can the teepee be ironed?

Please make sure to iron on reverse side or by using a press cloth over the fabric.
