Can I order a sample?
Yes, we offer XL (24"x24") wallpaper samples so you can see and feel the quality of our products before placing a full order. Samples are available for a small fee and can be ordered directly from each product listing.
Is the wallpaper easy to install?
For an easy DIY project, we recommend choosing peel and stick wallpaper. Traditional wallpaper may require hiring a pro for installation and removal.
How do I measure for wallpaper?
Our wallpaper rolls comes in 24 inches wide and are available in lengths of 6, 8, 10 or 12 feet.
To calculate how many wallpaper rolls you need for your wall, you should measure the width of your wall in inches and add a couple of extra inches to account for any wall width variations.
Then, divide that number by 24 (the width of the wallpaper roll in inches) to determine the number of rolls needed. Finally, round up to the nearest whole number. For example, if the number is 4.2, then you should order 5 rolls.
Order the type of rolls you need for the height of your wall and add a few extra inches to allow for any variations in the wall height. For example, if floor to celling is 9 feet, then order the 2' x 10' rolls
If you are still trying to figure it out and would like assistance, we recommend consulting with our interior designer to help measure your space and determine how much wallpaper you need.
Please note. We recommend ordering an extra 10-15% of wallpaper to ensure full coverage and avoid ordering again. Mistakes and wall variations can occur during installation, so ordering more can prevent shortages.
Also, slight color variations may exist between batches, so it's best to order all the wallpaper rolls at once to ensure consistent color throughout the project.
Can I customize the wallpaper design?
Yes, we offer custom wallpaper design services. Our interior designer can work with you to create a unique wallpaper design that fits your specific style and preferences.
Can the wallpaper be easily removed, and is it safe for use in rentals?
Our peel and stick wallpaper is designed for easy removal, ensuring your walls remain undamaged. Simply peel it off, reposition or remove as needed.
How long does it take to receive my wallpaper order?
Our wallpaper is made to order and typically takes 5-7 business days to produce and ship. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
What is the wallpaper made of?
Our peel and stick wallpaper is made of polyester textile while our traditional wallpaper is made of Non-woven paper. Both options are durable, non-toxic and safe for kids' rooms and nurseries.
How do I clean the wallpaper?
Our wallpaper is durable and easy to clean with a damp cloth. It's also fade-resistant, so it will maintain its vibrant colors and beautiful design over time.
What is your return policy?
We are unable to accept returns for any used or unused wallpaper. Our wallpaper is printed in small batches, and there may be slight color variations between batches. Therefore, we highly recommend ordering samples and carefully measuring the intended space before placing your order. Each product page features a calculator to help you determine the required amount of wallpaper, and you are also welcome to reach out for a free consultation here. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
What is your cancellation policy?
In most cases, we process your order within 24-48 hours of receiving it. If you like to cancel your order, please check with us via chat, email, or phone. If your order were not processed yet, we would cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or returned.
